I began my teaching career at Marion Manor and was blessed to have worked with Mrs. King. She guided me from the beginning. She was an inspirational teacher. Her smile, good nature and wisdom carried with me throughout my career. She helped me during a difficult time in my life and for that I will always be grateful. My sincerest sympathies to the family.She is a treasure.

Mrs King was my social studies teacher back in the 6th grade at Marian Manor. She was always a kind and thoughtful teacher. She is one of the reasons I enjoyed history so much.

I remember Mrs. King as a person dedicated to her students and the teaching profession . She was a warm, kind-hearted soul and was a positive influence on the many students she taught at Marian Manor Elementary. She will be missed.
