Browdy, Susan Jewel (nee Fryer), beloved wife of the late Max Browdy, loving mother of Dr. Noel (Marilyn) Browdy, Martha Solomon, and Gail (Norman) Goodman, cherished nonny of Scott (Ginny), Daryl (Amy), Dena, Brian (Sherri), Lorne, William (Karianne), Jason (Megan), Leah (Bryan) Michael, Zoe, and the late Leslie, adored great-nonny of 25, dear brother of Alan (Helen) Fryer, fond aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Services Monday, 2:00 p.m. at Lakeside Congregation, 1221 County Line Road, Highland Park, IL. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. Well, I'm going to be 43 years old tomorrow Nonny and not a minute goes by that I don't miss you. The world is a very cold and lonely place without you here.

I would like to celebrate the memory of my "Auntie Simmie"
who lived a full life, shared with her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was devoted to her mother and showed concern and interest for her aunts, cousins, brother and other extended family members. I'm saddened with her passing, it seems to be the end of an era in many ways, but I will always cherish the memories I have of her being a part of my childhood, and participating in milestone events that were a part of my growing up. So whether you refered to her as Sue, Susan, Mom, or Nonnie, she will always be Auntie Simmie to me.
