We were saddened to hear about Stuart. Our thoughts are with the family during this very difficult time.

Stu was a classy guy. More specifically, he was one of a vanishing breed - a fundamentally decent human being. He was nobody's fool and as tough as he seemed, and yet kind, charitable, considerate and consistently gentle in his evaluations of others and, in fact, in all his judgements.
The best fall first.....

Michelle and family,
I was so saddened to hear the news about Rock. I know he will be missed by so many. He brought my dad so much happiness in his life - Rock was like a brother to my dad. My dad's greatest pleasure in life is spending time with his grandkids and nothing could keep him away from them, EXCEPT for his Saturday morning breakfast with Rock. We are all so lucky that we got to know what a rare, special man Rock was. I am only so grateful that my dad had someone in his life like him - he will always have his memories that I know will help my parents and your family deal with your great loss. Much love to all of you.

We will always remember the friendly smile that Stuart had. He never refused to help in any way that he could. While his passing is a sad note, I will remember him for what he was, a great husband, father and friend.

Dear Michelle, Stephanie, an Ira,
I was so saddened to learn of your loss. Stuart was such a kind, decent, and loving man. I remember all the years you sat in front of us at high holidays when our families were young, and the memories of B.J.B.E. May his blessed memory be a source of comfort to you. Dorann Cohn

As a young man & adult I have always carried a strong respect for Stuart. You could always catch Stuart running all over Northbrook to stay in shape. He was man of tremendous work ethic for his family and for himself.

Rocky will be missed by all who knew him. As someone who grew up with him -- from Peterson Elementary through our years together at Von Steuben -- I know what everyone who knew him knows: the world has lost a decent man, a good and caring person with a gentle way and a great personality. I just looked at our 5th grade class picture and there he was, with the same wonderful smile and sparkle in his eyes that he kept all through life.

Our hearfelt condolences to the family of Stuart. Though we were caual acquaintences we would see Stuart at Georgie V's on Saturday mornings & he always stopped by to chat with a friendly smile and a wink. Jay knew Stuart way back to high school when Jay was friends with his brother Dean, may he rest in peace. Jay also did a little business with Stuat at one time. When we lived on Prince St. Stuart would jog by. We are truly sorry at his passing and we pray for you that in time you will have happy memories to remember him by. Sincerely, Myrna & Jay Tucker.

Rosen Family,
I was saddened to learn of the passing of Stuart. My hearfelt condolences to you during this most difficult time. For years I enjoyed doing business with Cousins Stuart and Bob at Classic Packaging when I ran my family business, dba Anderson Poultry. We worked closely when they custom designed and manufactured our boxes for our USDA-inspected boneless chicken breast operation. I always enjoyed my conversations with Cousin Stuart. I will forever cherish my fond memories of Stuart.

Stuart was a year behind me in high school but we became friends because we had the same last name. We would see each other at Jack's Resturant and always exchange a few words. He always asked about my family and brother.
He was truly a nice guy who I will miss not seeing him anymore.
Your loss is shared by the many who knew him.

My first memory is meeting Stuie when I was 2 and we moved into the building on Spaulding where the Rosens lived. We grew up together but then lost touch. He was the nicest playmate anyone could ever have. We touched base briefly throughout the years and it was always a pleasure. This is a terrible loss for his family and my thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
