I've known Stu since I was 11 years old and we were in sixth grade. We stayed relatively close for the next 25 years. He was part of my group, my buddies. We even played softball in Chicago'c park district league as a member of our high school's chess team at calumet High School. Of course, we lost every game. Nerds just don't win at sports. (Like we gave a damn.) Strangely, Stu wasn't the worst player.
Losing stu is horrible, heartbreaking; he was a part of my past that I treasured. So for all those who mourn, I join you. He was A special and wonderful guy.

I was heartbroken to hear the sad news. I was Stu's Admin at Hewitt for 17 years until Stu retired. He was a treasured asset to the company and his staff. No one could surpass his knowledge and his memory. Stu had many more attributes, but his greatest was support of his staff and most of all, his kindness and generosity. We shared happy and sorrowful times, especially the deaths of our spouses. I treasure the many gifts he and JR gave me. They were an extraordinary couple!!! My deepest sympathy go out to his family and friends

There are no words that can ease the pain of losing someones beloved. May you find comfort and peace in knowing that your loved one is in God's memory because those who passed are precious in his eyes. Psalms 116:5. You and your family have my deepest condolences.
