Steven Dworzak Obituary
Dworzak, Steven S. Veteran of WWII, beloved husband of the late Bernice C. (nee Konieczny), loving father of Dennis A. (Lois) and Gerald Dworzak, fond brother of Theresa (the late Phil) Polinski, and preceded in death by Edward (Ann), Chester (Helen) and Madeline (Andrew) Misiura, uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Saturday, April 2nd, 9:30 a.m. until prayers at 10:30 a.m., at Baran Funeral Home, 2644-46 N. Central Ave., to St. James Church. Mass 11 a.m. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's Assoc., 4709 Golf Rd., Suite 1015, Skokie, IL, 60076, would be appreciated.
