I had the privilege of knowing Sterling while working at TU. He was always calm and cheerful in the face of my occasional last-minute mailings, or panicky phone calls to trace one package or another. I knew to go to him because he always went above and beyond his work to help me, and others at the company. I was proud to know him, because he was a kind man with a real heart of gold. For his family - I am so very sorry for your loss. I won't forget Sterling, and his sweet nature.
Please accept my condolences. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
