Stephen Timmers Obituary

Dear Colleen, at a recent gathering of friends I learned that Steve had recently passed away. Steve and I worked togther at Happy Foods back in the 80's. Myself and many others from Happy Foods attended your wedding and reception and I remember the event as a wonderful time. Back in the day at Happy Foods we were like a big family of friends. We worked hard, learned, and had a lot of fun after work. Steve was part of the old crew with Charlie, Havier and the rest of the produce bunch. I don't remember Steve ever having a bad day and he always made me laugh about something. My prayers are with you and your children. Peace be with you.

We were all so saddened to hear of the passing of Steve. He was always such a good man, a great baseball coach and person to be around. I remember him joking about how he would love Jamie to marry little Steve. Know that he is no longer in pain or discomfort, and he is being taken care of by God, and our Granpa who passed this summer. Please take care and be strong. God is with you.

My heart is broken for all of you!

I lived next door to Pete & Rose on Dakin and knew Stephen as he grew up. I, too, lost my husband at age 45 and had 3 sons. I was so grateful to have my boys and my family for love & support. I know you will all care for each other and comfort each other as time goes by. Sweet memories of your time together will bring you peace.

i am so sorry for your loss. when i heard the news, memories of when we were kids came to me. even though steve was older than me, he always treated me well. he was a good guy. my prayers are with you and the extended family.
