My sincerest condolences to Stan's family, relatives and friends. I just got the news and so was not able to attend the wake or funeral. Stan and I were fellow Sinfonians, both of us being brothers of Kappa Phi Chapter of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. I have fond memories of our DePaul and fraternity days together. May God grant him happiness and peace as he transitions to his new life with the Lord. May his parents and all who have preceeded him greet him and welcome him. May God grant all of you strength, courage, and understanding as you cope with his passing.

Mr. Wojciechowski was my very 1st teacher when I started playing French horn in grade school and was my high school band director at St. Edward in Elgin. I have great memories from that time and with his encouragement, went on to be a music major; I'm still playing almost 40 years later! Thank you, Mr. Wojciechowski, for the gift of music. Rest in peace.
