Smagala, Stanley S. age 86, Army Veteran of WWII, beloved husband of the late Sylvia (nee Wyherek), loving father of Stanley (Christine), Michaelene (John) Parrilli, Gerard and the late Thomas (late Suzanne), devoted grandfather of Andria (Carey), Stanley (Bridget), Sherri (John), John and Pamela, great-grandfather of Luke, Carli, Anna, Olivia and Christina, fond brother of Jennie (George) Schuber, Lottie (Harry) Cook, Clara (late Bruno) Sala, Edward (Jean), Arthur (Bess), Adam, Mary (Dennis) Levang, late Helen Karol, late Steven (Lorraine), late Edwin and the late Frances Smagala, dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Loved by all. Member of People's Gas, Light and Coal Co. American Legion Post #336. Funeral Saturday, 9:15 a.m., from the Richard-Midway Funeral Home, 5749 Archer Ave., (corner of Lorel), to St. Fabian Church for 10 a.m., Mass. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery.
