Lazzara, Sophie (nee Wajda), age 93, beloved wife of the late Phillip, loving mother of Charles (Barbara), Lydia (Joseph) Selbka, Phillip (Patti) and Jack (Eva), proud grandmother of Deborah (Mark) Field, David, Joseph (Beata) Selbka, Dr. Sofia (Christopher) Salituro, Julie (Anthony) Stanich, Jennifer (Ryan) Maloney, Phillip, Alexander, Nicholas and Gregory, great-grandmother of Jason, Scott, Antoinette, Sofia, Livia, Serafina, Elliana and Anthony, dearest sister of Violet Collins, also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. Funeral Thursday 9:30 a.m. from Ridge Funeral Home, 6620 W. Archer Ave. (corner of Natoma) to St. Daniel the Prophet Church, Mass 10 a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday and Wednesday 2 to 9 p.m. 773-586-7900.
