Silviano Gomez Obituary

My deepest sympathy to Susy and the family. Dr. Gomez was my daughter' a pediatrician as well as a friend . We also worked together in the IMMC Pediatric Ambulatory Care Center . I remember him knitting mitten strings for his patients. He was one of the finest and most compassionate people I ever met and had a wonderful sense of humor. I am sure he is resting in the hands of God.

One of our best friend is gone and we will miss him very much. He always made us laugh. We will always remember you. May you rest in peace with the love of God. Rodolfo,and Mae Leon

To my frien Sussy Gomez and family:I can't find words to expres my sadness at the passing of my good friend Silviano, who I've known since elementary school days in Cuba.

I want to covey my deepest condolenses to you all and my thoughts and prayers are with you. May God bless Sil's soul. He will not be forgotten. I hope, Sussy, that you can come to visit Miami next year and be with us at our reunion so we can all honor the memory of such a fine human being and friend.

God is with you in this difficult time but we must grieve as he left us to honor him. Muchos carinos.

I didn't know Dr. Gomez for a long time, but he always treated me like a family member. He loved his grand kids more than life itself, and never said no to people he cared about. I can still hear his Christmas laughter when ever I think about him. You will be missed Dr. Gomez, and I will never forget about all the nice things you have done for our family.
