Dear Friends, You do not know me;however, Mr. Mench was my supervisor between 1950 and 1955 when I was a college student at the Univ. of Il. I worked my way through college by selling newspaper subscriptions to the Sun-Times. During those years, I met Mr. Mench. He was never too busy to talk with me and often spoke about his experiences in WW2. I admired him very much! May you find comfort in knowing that he was a prince of a man and filled with good deeds. My heartfelt condolences; May G-d bless you and bring comfort. Marvin Pearlman, 2547 Live Oak Lane, Buffalo Grove, Il. 60089-4611.
