Shirley Broadhead Obituary
Rev. Tracy King will officiate at the Funeral Service.
Interment will take place at Andrews Chapel Cemetery in Quitman, Mississippi.
Shirley had a huge passion for cooking, comforting others, and was always encouraging others. She had a kind word for everyone. Shirley was a true friend and an awesome parent.
She was a member of Westside Baptist Church and sang in the choir. She had a strong love for her family and friends.
She will be missed by her loved ones.
She is survived by her son, Ted (Maria Luisa) Broadhead of Houston, TX; her daughter, Cindy (Chris) Hebert of New Iberia; her brother, Thomas (Pat) Harris of Mobile, AL; her sisters, Ella (Charles) Brashier of Quitman, MS and Pat (Steve) Caudle of Lizman, AL; her grandsons, Colby John Hebert and Brolando William Broadhead.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Sterling and Stella Roberts Harris; her husband, Byron William Broadhead; and her brothers, Bob and Bill Harris.
Pallbearers will be Larry Fleming, Tony Fleming, Adam Fleming, Benny Fleming, Benji Fleming and Grant Fleming.
Honorary pallbearers will be Brolando William Broadhead and Colby John Hebert.
In lieu of flowers, please send memorial donations to Westside Baptist Church, P. O. Box 11521, New Iberia, LA 70562.
Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd., New Iberia, LA 70560, (337.365.3331), is in charge of arrangements.

I cannot possibly say how very sorry we were to hear of Mrs. SHIRLEY's passing. Our entire family thought the world of her. She and her family will always be in our prayers. She was a lovely,kind lady, and the perfect neighbor. Our hearts go out to Cindy and Ted. We're here if you need us. Peggy, Joe, and Joshua Huval.
