Shelia White Obituary

Sheila Pearl White was born March 29, 1951 to Betty J. White in Austin, Texas. She attended the Austin Independent School District.

Sheila accepted Christ at an early age and was known for her baking skills. She loved football and was a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Longhorn Sports. It was no secret that Sheila was a big fan of soulful music. In her earlier life she collected hundreds of albums and cherished anything associated with Smokey Robinson and the Miracles.

Sheila gave all that she had to offer. Her most passionate joy was being surrounded by her grandchildren on a daily basis. She never chose favorites but loved each of them with equal devotion.

Sheila was preceded in death by her mother, Betty White, brother, Claude White, grandson Frederick Crawford, and grandparents Milton and Willie Pearl Wilson.

Sheila leaves to cherish her memories, six sons, Torran (Cynthia) White of Dallas, Texas, Darrell White, LaShon (Demetrius) White, Kevin White, Kenyatta McClain, Kareem McClain all of Austin, Texas; sixteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; uncle James (Peggy) Harper of Austin, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
