Legator, Sheldon P. former Vice President of Chicago Title Insurance, beloved husband of Rena (nee Stulberg), cherished father of Saul (Mona) and Howard (Robin), adoring Zaide of Hanna, Beth, Benjamin, Madeline and Samantha, fond brother of Myra (the late Seymour) Okner, dear son of the late Dr. Benjamin and Frieda Legator. Service and interment Sunday, 1 p.m., at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 Rand Rd., Arlington Heights. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jewish United Fund, 1 S. Franklin St., Chicago, IL, 60606 or to Solomon Schechter Day School, 3210 Dundee Rd., Northbrook, IL, 60062. Funeral information contact: The Weinstein Funeral Home North Shore Chapel, 847-256-5700.

I am saddened by the loss of my weekly fellow card player, Shelley. I enjoyed making him lunch every week before the game and he always gave a thoughtful appreciation. May G-d hold him in the palm of his hand.

I will miss Sheldon who provided me with great wisdom and counsel on many occasions. I really enjoyed his sense of humor and admired his devotion to family.

My deepest condolences on the passing of Mr. Legator. I knew him through his son Saul, who has been my friend for over 20 years. I know he was a wonderful father, because of the fine man he raised in Saul.
I am praying for the entire Legator family during this time of bereavement.
