Dear Elissa and family:

I am very sorry to hear about Sheldon's passing. Please accept my condolences from afar. Shel had a great sense of humor and I especially loved his cute way of telling us girls (elissa's friends) to "be careful" when we went out. I will always think of the great memories at your house whenever I drive down pine street.
love, Chloe

I met Shelly 18 years ago when we sang in the B'Nai Tikvah choir. In subequent years we'd run into each other from time to time. Always smiling. Always happy. Always sincere. Always a mensch.
Shelly enlightened everyone he came in contact with. He's a very good man.

Dear Shelley and Family,

Although we have lost touch in the last number of years, I cannot forget all the wonderful times and life events that we shared. When I heard about Shelly I relived everything we ever did together. Marilyn, Ellen and I all talked today. I saw him in the role of husband, father, son, brother and friend. He was truly special and I loved him. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Memories and what we pass on to others, keep those we love close to us forever.

Although words seem to say so little, I hope they help in some small way to ease the sense of loss that you're experiencing today.

You know the blessings of love and caring and death cannot take these gifts away from you.
