Sharon North Obituary

North, Sharon (nee Maczka) On Sunday September 14th, Sharon North died after a courageous eight year battle with Breast Cancer. Heaven just got a lot brighter as Sharon entered. She was blessed in marriage for twenty - four years to Bob and blessed with a cherished son Robert. She loved the role of homemaker/house wife, always taking care of "her boys." Sharon was a pre-school teacher (which she LOVED) until she became ill. She brought a smile to everyone she met and she will live forever in our hearts. All the pain and grief is over. Now there is beauty and light. Sharon is survived by her mother Julie (the late Chester) Maczka, her sister Donna (Robert) Farrell, sister Janet (Jeffery) Mobilia, Brother Jeffery and her cherished dog, Dakota Toby Jacob. Per Sharon's wishes a private service was held at All Saints Cemetery on September 20th. 2008. Sharon was laid to rest near her beloved father Chester. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25th. 2008 at 10 a.m. at Nativity Church, 3700 S. Union, Chicago Illinois, 60609.
