Gauthier, Scott D.

Scott D. Gauthier of Chicago, age 69, passed away on July 21, 2024. Scott is survived by his mother, Jacqueline; his siblings, Jolene and Paul; his children, Suwannee (Shawn), Rudy (Tessa), and Phoebe; his grandchildren, Tristen and Skye; and his niece Emma. Scott was predeceased by his wife, Sue née Peterson, and his father, David.

Scott's family would like to express their gratitude to the physicians and staff of Kellogg Cancer Center and to the many other individuals who provided Scott with support during his illness.

A celebration of Scott's life will be held Friday, August 2, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Drake and Son Funeral Home, 5303 North Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60625. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Meals on Wheels Northeastern Illinois, Greater Chicago Food Depository, or a favorite charity.
