SAWYER HUDGENS-CLARK Obituary

Sawyer, I was at the hospital when you were brought in. Your dad seemed to be in such a state of shock. I sorrow greatly for him, and for your mother, for the loss of your wonderful spirit, and the love you shared with them during your sojourn on Earth. I know that you are in a perfect estate now, with a perfect body, and that you are happy. I hope your parents understand this, too. They were very blessed to have you for the time you were here, it seems as if you blessed all those around you. I know that we that were here that night felt greatly of your spirit, and wept for you also. I hope your parents feel you watching over them, and that they can find comfort. I can't say all I would want, as I do not know your family, and don't want to intrude longer. Just want your family to know that they have been in all our prayers.

Words cant express how truly sorry I am for your loss. Everytime he came in the credit union he was such a joy to see. My heart goes out to Haley and her family.

Haley, I am shocked and so very sorry to hear about Sawyer. He was such a precious, special little boy who was always happy. He is one of those children that you never forget no matter how long that you teach. I will never forget that beautiful smile and his endearing ways. I so loved working with him at lunch even when he got really mad. What I remember so vividly is how much you loved him and what a good mother you were. Everyone knew that Sawyer was your number one priority, and that you loved being his Mom. You were so proud of him and my heart aches just thinking about what you are going through. He was ALL smiles....we sure will miss that little guy running across the backyard, catching bubbles, playing in the water, being bounced in the middle of the trampoline, slobbering and getting cheese all over our stairs, and being a constant friend and companion to my 2 children. Haley,Im so sorry to hear about Sawyer. I loved giving that little face a kiss every morning on the way down to the buses. I will never forget the day I came back to school after being off for the summer and he said my name.You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

In preschool Sawyer was my favorite little boy. Being the "snoezlen" aide we soon became fast friends. Every time he saw me he would reach up his hand and ask "fish?". We always would sing sticky icky bubble gum while we walked down. Such a beautiful boy, his smile made the whole room smile.

Haley... This is so sad. Sawyer was a little boy who made me smile everytime I would walk into a room he was in. I can remember the first time I ever spent with you guys in the snoezlen room with the fish and him using his middle finger to hit those buttons and spin and spin and spin things. Let's not forget the time he crawled around the entire room with paint all over his hands trying to get it off and left behind his handprints all over the room. How about one of his first words being "elbow"- so random but oh so cute. Such a sweet child who left a large imprint on my heart. I am so sorry that this happened and I cannot even begin to know what this is like. Just know that Sawyer will never be forgotten and he will live on in you and you will be together again in Heaven.

Oh Sawyer look over mommy and let her know eveytime the wind blows it is you kissing her cheek.
