Lieberman DDS, Samuel Z. nearly 101 years old, practicing dentist for over 60 years in Chicago and 32nd Degree Mason and a member of the Medinah Shrine. Beloved husband of the late Annette (nee Sax), devoted father of Jack (Marilyn) and Richard Lieberman, loving grandfather of Andrea (James) Kallianis, Sharon Stringer, Janet (Scott) Goss, great-grandfather of Rachel, Nathan and Benjamin. The last of 16 siblings. Masonic Memorial services at 10:45 a.m. Funeral services Wednesday, 11 a.m., at The Piser Chapel, 9200 N. Skokie Blvd. (at Church St.), Skokie. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery, Skokie. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sam's name to City of Hope, 20 N. Wacker Dr., Suite 1530, Chicago, IL, 60606, would be appreciated.
