I only wish I could have spent more time and been much better at keeping in touch with Sam. We loved getting his postcards annually and really appreciated him coming to our wedding five years ago. It was wonderful to be at the service and hear the stories that only more firmly cemented his legacy as the best man I have ever known. I am sure my father felt the same way as Sam was his best friend. We were fortunate to have him for the years we did and he certainly provided me counsel on several occasions! We will miss him dearly.

Hello Ricki,
I came across this obituary regarding your father and wanted to let you know that I am sorry about his passing.
It's been about 54-55 years but time does not erase fond memories of knowing you and your wonderful husband Neil. All the best in the future.
Take care,
Mickey Mell
