My dear friend, I’ll always remember you and the fun we had on our cruises, trips to Acapulco, card games, visits we had at the fish place, sharing great stories and eating clams. We had fantastic times and great memories. I’m especially going to miss our Thursday phone calls.

My best to Frances, Nick, Frank, Sam and Michael. Your father (silent Sam) was the best!

Love, Chic

Our Sincerest Sympathies. Mr. Fazio was a great neighbor and we always enjoyed seeing him and talking with him when he walked past our house with his cup of coffee. I will also miss seeing him at the dental office, he was always so kind as we greeted each other with a big hug. Rest in Peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Fazio Family.

I enjoyed seeing Sam circling the park on one of his daily constitutionals whenever I was walking one of my dogs, and seeing him conducting court with the neighbor guys on his front porch in good weather - cigars optional. We had a very nice neighborly relationship, and I missed him when he moved last year. I'll miss him more now. Thanks for the countless friendly waves and hugs, Sam. You will always be one of the good guys of Ozanam.

Sam was one of the best men around, a true gentleman and a very kind soul. He will be missed. May you have comfort in knowing he lived a great life, and he is no longer in pain, and he is reunited with Lucille, his brothers, many niece and nephews and his several friends that were like family. My deepest condolences to the Fazio Family, a generation forever gone. XO
