Dear Carol, Although you don't know me, you have my deepest sympathy. Sam was a buddy of my brother, Tom St.John, when we were growing up on Polk St. in Chicago. I was friends with Gen, Theresa, & John. I have so many good memories of Sam and all of the Esposito family. Please know that you and all the family are in our prayers. We will remember Sam fondly.
