Sally Dugan Obituary

Dugan, Sally Theresa (nee Connolly), was born November 23, 1917, in Chicago, IL, and entered eternal life in Scottsdale, AZ, on November 13, 2001. She was the loving wife of the late Gerald V. Dugan (passed on July 14, 1973). Sally and Gerald were the proud parents of nine children, Maureen Ann, Geraldine Frances (married to Tony Pacelli), Gerald Vincent "Bud" (married to Iraida Barreto), Kathleen Mary "Kate", Timothy James (married to Kay Broderick), Edward Thomas, John Dugan (passed on December 31, 1954), Michael Francis (passed on February 12, 1965) and Donald Joseph (married to Jeanne Walsh. She was the proud grandmother of Robert Young and Jennifer Rolinski, Anthony, Joy and Daniel Pacelli, Stacey Dugan and Adrick Barreto, John, Geri and Erinne Dugan, Meaghan, Michael, Molly and Jack Dugan. She was the proud great-grandmother of Audrey and Sam Young and Rachel and Ryan Rolinski. She was the loving sister of Margaret Gillette, John Connolly and Eileen Cleary and the late Patrick, Mary, Agnes and James. She was the beloved daughter of James Connolly and Anna McDonough, from Ireland, she was the loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Her life's work was her family. She was a former employee of the Chicago Sun- Times and retired from Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Harvey, IL. Visitation with mass immediately following will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2001, at St. Barnabas Church at 10134 S. Longwood Drive, Chicago, IL. Sign Guest Book at www.suntimes.com

Mike and I were very sorry to read of Sally's passing. She was a great woman, and friend. When we were younger we had many a good nite out. Again our condolences, she will be in our prayers.
