To the Entire Logisz Family: I send my deepest condolence on the loss of "The Icon of the Polish American Community." Sabina was my invaluable guide and mentor as I worked on my doctoral dissertation. We became friends; a friendship that I will always cherish.
Her 66-year "love affair" with the Polish Museum can never be equaled. It was a privilege to have known the woman who helped preserve Polonia's history as she did. May our Lord find a special place for dearest Sabina.

To all family and friends of Ms. Logisz: My deepest condolences on the passing of Sabina Logisz. She was an important and vital person in maintaining and preserving the history of Polonia and sustaining the Polish Museum and archives. I found invaluable her assistance in researching and writing the history of the Polish Roman Catholic Union of America. It was tremendous honor to receive such assistance from the woman who also helped the great Mieczyslaw Haiman in his work. Although she can never be replaced she kindled in many hearts a love of history and of Polonia that will never be extinguished and will serve as her greatest legacy. May angels welcome her home and may Eternal Light shine upon her, O Lord. John Radzilowski, Ph.D., University of Alaska and Piast Institute

I knew and worked with her for many years and found her to be a great wealth of information and support. Her loss is Polonia's loss and an immense source of knowledge is now quiet. May she be visiting with the many individuals who crossed paths with her through her life and are now joined by her presence.
