Ruth was a wonderful, supportive and faithful friend of our Great Aunt Ella Lackovic. Ella cherished the times that they spent together, whether they were attending one of the MANY White Sox games, Spring Training or just shopping. We met Ruth at many Sox games and she was truely a lovely woman. She will be missed, but we are happy that she has found peace.

Ruth was such a wonderful woman, such a joy to be around, a joyful and faithful servant of our Lord, she was indeed an inspiration of how we all should live our lives for the Lord, cheerful, loving, caring, giving, helpful and most importantly spiritual. Ruth was so caring to me while I was going though cancer treatment, she had deep compassion and will truly be missed by every person who's life she touch. I know I will forever remember her and her sweetness and kindness. After the sadness of hearing of her death, I now rejoice in knowing that she is with our Lord, in a place with no sickness and no pain, and I look forward to the day I will meet her again, oh to know the look on her face when she meets our Savior. With sincere gratitude and love.

Aunt Ruth left us a wonderful example of how to live life. Never an unkind word was spoken. Everyone treated with great care, love and devotion. Always a lady, gentle, thoughtful and kind. She never hesitated to volunteer and share her talents and time. She loved her White Sox in good days/years and bad, but her family came first, that loyalty was clear. Her commitment to church and the Lord was respected by all. Our hearts are broken, we'll never be the same. We'll miss your smile and sharing our lives, but we know we'll be together again in heaven, because we too put our faith in the salvation of Jesus Christ. Rest well good and faithful servant!

Ruth was my godmother and a constant in my life and those of my children and grandchildren. Family meant everything to her and she meant everything to us. We will miss her deeply; she was truly a blessing in our lives and for that we will be eternally grateful.
