Ruth Grotefeld Obituary

Grotefeld, Mrs. Ruth H. Muskegon, MI, age 87, passed away February 14, 2009 in Muskegon, MI. She was born March 6, 1921 in Chicago, IL. Originally from Park Ridge, IL she was a very loving, gracious and generous mother and wife, she was loved by all. She was a member of Bethany United Church of Christ in Chicago IL. Which she was a very active member, and involved in many woman's groups. She moved to Muskegon, MI in 2007, her survivors are sons, Jerome Wayne Grotefeld of Chicago, IL, Roger (Sue) Grotefeld of Montague, MI, step-grandchildren, Adam (Kendra) Mattson, and their son, Matthew Mattson of Detroit, MI and Ryan Mattson of Muskegon, MI, a sister-in-law, June Grotefeld and June's children and grandchildren, all of Chicago, IL.
