Dear Jim and Anthony,

Bob and I were shocked and deeply saddened when we heard of the death of your beloved Ruby. She was one of the most kind and gentle persons to ever walk this earth. Our prayers are with you at this difficult time of coping without her physical presence. Take heart that her goodness and generosity to so many will live on through those she touched with her special kindness.

Sincerely,

Dear Jim, dear Anthony,
we are deeply shocked at learning such sad and unpredictable news. It is something we did not suspect at all and it is hard for us to imagine that such a sweet and loving person has passed away so prematurely.
When we think about Ruby, she is in our memories as the most caring mather and wife, and she has always been so kind and cheerful everytime we were with her.
