Ruby Ross-Bradley Obituary

Ross-Bradley, Ruby L. of Bellwood, IL, born August 21, 1944, passed away July 16, 2009 at West Lake Hospital. Born in Union Church, MS and lived in Chicago. Preceded in death by her mother, Marie Goode-Dickey and father, Sherrod Dickey and brother, John. Ruby was a Supervising Medical Transcriptionist, Real Estate Sales and Travel Agent, as well as Entrepreneur earning a B.S. in Public Administration and Masters in Business Administration from Roosevelt University. Ruby lived a lifetime of striving to improve herself through faith while encouraging others to do the same. She leaves to mourn, her husband, siblings, goddaughters, granddaughter, and a host of relatives and friends. She will Be sorely missed. "Everlasting In Our hearts" Services Angelus Funeral Home, 8243 S. Ashland, Chicago, IL 60628, Friday, July 24th, 10:00 a.m. Interment Oakridge Cemetery, Hillside IL.

My names is Judy Jenkins and I worked with Ruby many, many years ago, which was then Presbyterian St. Luke Hospital, where we struck up a friendship, although lost touch over the years. I would like to offer my condolences to all of Ruby's family.
