Stambaugh, Roy W. age 87, U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII, beloved husband of Rose (nee Consolo), beloved son of the late Frank and Emma Stambaugh, dear brother of the late Albert Stambaugh, fond brother-in-law of Margaret (the late Vincent) Schavone, the late Vito, Bruno (Helen), Mary (Ted), Anthony and Dominic, fond uncle and great-uncle to many nieces and nephews. Funeral Wednesday 9:15am from Brady-Gill Funeral Home, 16600 S. Oak Park Ave to St. George Church (Tinley park) Mass 10 am. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Employee of Peoples Gas for over 36 years and a memeber of American Legion for over 60 years. Visitation Tuesday 3 pm to 7 pm. 708-614-9900.
