I just found the notice and was saddened to see it. My family and I lived a couple of houses down from Ron and Audrey and I knew both of them probably my entire life. My condolences to Audrey and the family.

While many years separated us from our basketball and baseball playing days at Schurz I always carried the fond memory of his stellar attitude and mental toughness which I'm confident his family cherished as I did. May the Peace of the Lord which passeth all understanding be with you forever and ever. God Bless

Ron worked basketball and softball for me for a number of years. He was always professional, punctual, and you knew he would be there for his assignments. Many times he would work with the late Tom Ryan. They made quite a pair! I was disappointed when he stopped officiating. My sympathies to the family. May the Good Lord hold Ron in the palm of His hands.

You have my deepest sympathy in these hours of great loss. I played both basketball and baseball with Ron at Schurz High School. I am sure he lived his life as he played those sports. He was a competitive guy. God Bless you all.

I met Ron in 1953 at Carl Schurz High School where we became friends and teammates.

Ron was a gifted athlete and starred in both basketball and baseball.

Subseuent to our graduation from high school, we went about working and raising our families and got together again during a high school reunion.

It was interesting to see that Ron had changed little over the years and maintained the same even keeled personality.

I was fortunate to have played alongside of him, but very blessed to have know him in this lifetime.

Our deepest condolences to Audrey and his family.

W. Kurt and the entire Kuker Family
