Ron was a member of the American Philatelic Society and of the North Shore Philatelic Society (of Chicago) for over fifty years, and secretary-treasurer of the latter for several decades. We North Shore members will miss his stories and philatelic anecdotes and also his advice and comment on accounting and its applications.

Allison and sandra,
I was an internet friend of your father's. After I suffered a stroke, your father befriended me when I joined an on-linestroke chat group. We would chat frequently on tuesday before he went to the seniour center to volunteer. We also discussed NCIS, a fvorite tv show of his. He was always so supportive of my attempts at recovery. I looked to him for encouragement. and will miss him . He was so proud of both his girls, he talked about you both often and also how much he missed your mom.You are in my thoughts and prayers.
sincerely, Cathy Jenkins
