Lieberman, Roberta (nee Brody), beloved wife of Richard, loving mother of William Lieberman and Susan (Jim Stoller) Lieberman, devoted grandmother of Gabrielle, Julia and Joshua Stoller. Distinguished founder and owner of Zolla/Lieberman Gallery. Services Tuesday, 11 a.m., at Chicago Sinai Congregation, 15 Delaware Pl., Chicago. Interment Shalom. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her memory to the Museum of Contemporary Art, 220 E. Chicago Ave., Chicago, IL, 60611, would be appreciated. As neighbors of the Liebermans even before Billy was conceived, our friendship spanned more than half a century. We had the oportunity to observe, first hand, the characteristics so beautifully portrayed by Susan at the Memorial Service.
We weren't colleges or family members but her buoyant and affirming nature inspired us just the same.
We only regret that we had no notion that she was anything but in good health. Had we known we would have left Florida to attend the January festivities.
The service was a beautiful send-off. I am sure she would have been pleased.

Roberta was a great inspiration and friend to all art lovers. She was gracious and charming, practical and visionary, respected and admired. Her passing will be keenly felt by those who had the pleasure and honor of knowing her.
