My grandpa was someone you should know. He made me who I am today and am sooo lucky to have known him so closely and been there to listen and take his advice on life. I am so proud to have had such a wonderful grandpa. I miss him dearly, think about him very often and will always remeber his ways. Rarely you find a person like him. Someone who loved his life so much. Someone who worked, partied and always took care of his family so well. Grandpa I am so proud of you and want to thank you for everything. I love you.

my grandfather, Robert Tomazin, was a unique and blessed man. i wanted to say something about him, and it took me a long time to put the words together, because there are so many to describe what a wonderful person he was. growing up he taught me a lot of lessons about life, even though i didn't know it at the time, he showed me about the simple things at life, and was always there when we needed him to be. i will have memories of him from taking us to pick dandiilions as a kid, taking us to st bedes fest and eating funnel cakes and drinkin daquries, to watching family fued, to just hanging out and eating dinner. no one could ever fill his shoes, and he will be in my heart forever, its never goodbye, more like see ya later..love lindsay

Bob SR.,
You were the most wonderful man ever!! You cultivated an entire army of loving family and friends over the years as far as the eye could see. The biggest heart ever to fit in a man. From the homeless guys in DD-Coffee or a days work, to the many friends and family that needed it. Diving off the rocks downtown in to lake Michigan, the army days, "The General", every White Sox game with the bunch for how many years, Bodette Minnesotta-a wall of fish with a only $5 pole and sunglasses, The Polkas, "The Club Meeting", The scratch off luck, E**s club Machines with Tom Falvey Sr., The machines at salon, Tomazin's Tavern in the old neighborhood-hard boiled eggs, "Chesty the Chicken", "PSSST" behind the tree, the Pavitica hand off with the little ol lady, the Pizza Huts, Bavet, Wilmington, Oscar Meyer Hot Dogs, and Benton Harbor Smelt fishing. Oh I am missing soo much, someone please help with the memories!!!

Dear Tomazin Family,
When God calls a loved one home, he leaves behind a lifetime of memories. Know that Bob and Rosemary are in a safe, better place, and take comfort in your memories of them.
Chi-Orioles must be having a heck of a reunion up there.
