Smitzin Jr., Robert "Bobby" loving son of Margaret "Peggy" (nee Smith) and Robert Sr., cherished brother of Lora Smitzin and Karen (Sonny) Coronado, dearest uncle of Christina Campas and Bryan Smitzin, fond grandson of Pauline (the late Wilbert) Smith, Mary (the late Edward) Smitzin. Bobby will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, Outsiders and friends. Chapel service Wednesday, 7:00 p.m. at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St., Oak Lawn. I just heard of the loss of Bobby. I am heartbroken...he was a courageous, strong, bright and loving young man with a great sense of humor. He was always a pleasure to work with at Evergreen Park High School. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your entire family.

I knew Bobby when I taught him in preschool. He was an enthusastic and nice little boy. My memories of him always make me smile. I am very sorry for your loss.

Karen, Peg, Lora, Bryan & Nina...you will all be in my thoughts. Bobby was an amazing boy and up until the end..never gave up without a fight! God needed him more than us and he will always remain in our hearts. Great memories will always come to mind and wipe away the tears with a smile to our faces.
