Sklare, Robert Neal age 76, beloved husband of Yadelle (nee Alpern), loving father of Tammy (Jack) Faintuch, Janis Sklare and Ronald (Leah) Sklare, cherished grandfather of Laura, Alana, Zachary, Jordan, Molly, Brett, Carson, and Logan, dear brother of the late Marshall (Rose) Sklare and the late Allen and Mitzi Sklare and brother-in-law of the late Arthur (Bette) Alpern. Services Sunday, 2 p.m., at North Suburban Synagogue Beth El, 1175 Sheridan, Highland Park. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hadassah – North Shore, 1724 First Street, Highland Park, IL 60035 or the charity of your choice. Mrs.Shklare & family,
I didn't get to know Mr. Sklare personaly. Neverthelles, I can tell he was a wonderful man. Thanks to him I can study the profession I always wanted to have. I can't find the words to tell how much my life changed thanks to him.
I could'nt recieve high education, if it wasn't for him. I sincerely hope that his kindness will inspire others to continue his mission of helping demobilized soldiers to fulfill their dreams and manage their civilian life.

Dear Mrs. Sklare & Family,
I would like to express my sincere condolences on the recent passing of Mr. Robert Sklare. I am truly honored to be one of the students he has helped in Israel. I can only assume that his life and generosity will echo in the many lives he has touched. His memory and legacy will live inside of us all.

Our condolences to you all on Robert's death. I found out about his passing a few minutes ago when I spoke to my mom after her return from the funeral. Rob was a neat guy, a funny guy and a happy guy. I always enjoyed my time around him and I feel fortunate to have known him.
