We have lost another dear friend and colleague Mr. Robert (Bob) Schehr. Not only was he a mentor to me and taught me the spirits industry, he was always someone I could turn to for solid advice. Thankful I was able to enjoy some time with him recently...God bless and prayers for the family.

Bob befriended me when I first moved to Florida in 1976. I always appreciated his willingness to share his time and knowledge of the Wine & Spirits business, which he did with me for going on 30 years. He was a leader of men and one of the true icons in our industry. He was a legend in one of the most successful Wine & Spirits wholesalers in America as one of their true pioneers. We could not have done it without Bob. May he rest in peace in the comfort that he did it his way !

What a great friend. Over the last 17 or so years, I have enjoyed our chit chats, natters and lunch dates. Thank you for being there and of course, listening. You were fun, entertaining and an all around lovely person. I, as so many others will miss you tremendously.
