To say the least, Bobby was the most fantastically dynamic person that I've ever known. As his grandson, I'm surely biased...however, I know that anyone who has ever spent any time w/him would agree. I'm also certain that all can agree that regardless of how we knew him, how long we knew him, or when we knew him, he was an individual with infinite heart and compassion. And so I believe in MY heart of hearts that this is his legacy...and I know I will always go forward with this legacy's influence. Bobby gave me countless gifts throughout my life, but for this one, I could not possibly be more grateful to "Uncle" Bob.

To Aunt Shirley and entire the Raine family: I was saddened to hear the news about Uncle Bob from my mom yesterday. As a kid, I always thought he was the most handsome and dashing of all my relatives, and he certainly was "larger than life" in my eyes. Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

It is with deep regret that we mourn the passing of an old friend and companion. He will be missed.
