It seems like only yesterday we were in a field on a tower line where bob was the a bull steward.

Very sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Pierson. He was a great guy, so well respected, always treated me with friendship and respect, and was awesome to my brother Jim and my uncle Tom Harrington in their careers! A great loss and will be sorely missed from those in the IBEW! My condolences to the family.

Thank You So Much for sharing Bob with us for so many years. He was a good friend, a great labor leader and an outstanding IBEW brother. I was blessed to know him and work with him at the IBEW State Conference, where he always greeted me with a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye. He would always say, "How are you doing kid?" each and every time we met! Oh how fortunate I was to have known such a great person!

Bob was a great guy and a role model for many of the Business Managers in the 6th District and across the US & Canada. Some times in life you meet a person that you like the second you meet them and you want to hang out with them and get to know more about them and that was my first impression when I met Bob my goodness what a great Human being ! A great leader a loyal friend, a champion for the working man just a guy from the neiborhood that you wanted to hang out with. There will only be one Bob Pierson in this world and he will always be my friend from number 9. Bob York were truly the best we will think of you often thank you so much for all you did for the little guy . I hope we see each other again my friend and laugh like hell ! Love you my brother!
