Beloved husband of Noreen L., loving father of Laura and Shannon Orre and Thomas (Debbie) Creighton, dear brother of Steven Orre and Karen (Joseph) Bellini, dear friend of Denis McHugh. Funeral Monday, 10:30 a.m., at Cumberland Chapels, 8300 W. Lawrence Ave., Norridge. Interment private. My father was a kind, loving and fiercely protective of his family. He was funny and Loved our Cats Misty and Mugsy. He was such a great cook of Italian Food. I think I will never eat the same again. I miss him so much Not long after he passed my Mother also passed. I believe they are in Heaven together. I pray that they develop a cure for Lou Gehrigs because no one should have to go through that. I am happy you are no longer suffering. I will always love you always I miss you so much.. I was a medic in Vietnam and we had a Bob Orre in our company. I'm so sorry for the family. He was a good guy.

I'VE KNOWN BOB FOR 45 YRS. WE MET IN SCHOOL. I WAS 10 HE WAS 11. AFTER VIET NAM WAS OVER. WE GOT TOGETHER AND HAVE BEEN TOGETHER EVER SINCE.THERE WERE TIMES WHEN LIFE WASN'T ALL ROSES BUT HE HAD A NACK FOR MAKING THE BAD SEEM EASIER. EVEN TILL THE END HE NEVER LOST HIS SENSE OF HUMOR. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO ALONE AS I DO NOW. BUT MEMORIES KEEP ME GOING. GOD REST HIS SOUL HIS WIFE

I grew up with Bob and knew him for many years. I'msorry that I was unable to attend the wake due to my mothers death. Bob was a great guy and fun to be with. I,m sorry for your loss.
