Moore, Robert L. "Bob" 78, a Fort Myers, FL resident since 2007, formerly of Chicago, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019 in Fort Myers. He was born in 1940 in Pasadena, CA to Dewey and Mary Moore, both deceased. Bob was first and foremost a family man.He was an avid fisherman and shared this passion with his wife, friends, kids, and grandkids.Bob loved to read on his lanai and spend time with friends and family.He was the kindest man who became fast friends with everyone he met. His career was spent in electronic manufacturing with Western Electric and Lucent Technologies where he met lifelong friends and fishing buddies. Bob is survived by the love of his life, Kathleen "Kathy" Moore, to whom he was married for 37 years; his five children, Beka Reierson of Chicago, Jason Odeshoo of Chicago, Beth Martin (Ron) of Ft. Atkinson, WI, Steven Racz of Chicago, and Christopher Racz of WI; his sister Betty Moore, Sister Vianney, SLW of New Orleans, LA; four grandchildren, Quinn Reierson, Shea Reierson, Aaron Martin, and Emily Martin; as well as numerous extended family members and friends. Services will be private.
