Robert Malone Obituary
SALLY HARRIS WILL OFFICIATE AND INTERMENT WILL BE IN OAKWOOD CEMETERY OF TUSCUMBIA.
MR. MALONE WAS A TUSCUMBIA NATIVE AND SERVED IN THE NAVY DURING THE KOREAN WAR. HE WAS RETIRED FROM TVA AND WAS A MASON AND ATTENDED LEIGHTON UNITED METHODIST CHURCH.
SURVIVORS INCLUDE HIS DAUGHTER, KIMBERLY J. KILGORE AND HUSBAND K. BRENT OF CULLMAN; BROTHERS, WILLIAM REESE "PETE" MALONE JR. AND CHARLES W. "BUZZ" MALONE, BOTH OF TUSCUMBIA; GRANDCHILDREN, BRIGHAM T. KILGORE AND JILLIAN FAITH KILGORE; NEPHEWS, WILL AND DREW MALONE, AND SPECIAL FRIEND, ELIZABETH KING OF LEIGHTON.
PALLBEARERS ARE WILL MALONE, DREW MALONE, ROBERT ALLEN KING, EDMOND WHITFIELD, LES HOWELL AND BRIGHAM KILGORE.
IN LIEU OF FLOWERS MEMORIALS MAY BE MADE TO LEIGHTON UNITED METHODIST CHURCH OR A FAVORITE CHARITY.
