To my dad-even though there was differences in the past with us you are and always will be my father. I always loved you will all my heart. I will always remember the jokes and pranks you would pull on everyone. You took in a teenage daughter and raised her to be a strong, proud independent woman and I thank you for that. I remember those hards time that we went through and stuck by each other and managed to get through them. You touched many peoples heart and lives and many people loved you. I wish things could have been different but I pray in my heart you knew how much you were loved by me. I will miss you and remember how you always made people laugh and enjoy themselves. You will always be in my heart and always will be loved. You are irreplacable. I love you and miss you very much. Your daughter, Melanie

My memories of Bob are a kind man, whom loved to laugh and have fun. At a party or a social gathering Bob would be in the center sharing stories, jokes, and listening. Even at my 5 year old son, Matty's birhtday party when the kids wore their hats, Matty gave his friend"Uncle Bob" his hat. Bob wore that hat and I think had as much fun as the children. Matty still laughs at Bob's silliness. Bob was a friend to all. Be it young like Matty, to my husband,Erik, and I, or to my parents. We will miss our "Uncle Bob". Your star will light up the sky, just as your smile always lit up a room. We will miss you!! Our love to Pat and Chris and the family.

I was saddened when I read of Bob's death. I worked with his brother John in the 60's and had the honor of meeting Bob when he taught classes at Christ Hospital many years ago. Bob always took the time with everyone he met and his legacy of love and kindness will live on in all that knew him.

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this time.
