Robert LaRue Obituary
LaRue, Robert E. age 77, of Wheaton and formerly of Northbrook, beloved husband of the late Mary Ann, loving father of Mary Pat LaRue, Debra (John) Valenta, and Julie (Ken) Renspie, dearest grandfather of Jennifer and Kimberly Renspie, and Christopher, Scott, Justin, Kristin, Margaret, and Caroline Valenta, fond brother of Dolores Johnson and the late Arthur, Wayne, and Audrey, dearest friend of Arlene Talbot. He was a member of I.B.E.W. Local #134 and a longtime member of The Stewart's Club. Visitation Monday, 3 to 9 p.m., at Williams-Kampp Funeral Home, 430 E. Roosevelt Rd., Wheaton (1 blk East of Naperville Rd.) and Tuesday, 9 a.m,. until time of Mass, 10 a.m., at St. Daniel the Prophet Church, 101 W. Loop Dr., Wheaton. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside. In lieu of flowers, memorials to CNS Hospice, 690 E. North Ave., Carol Stream, IL. 60188 appreciated. Our deepest sympathy to the family of Bob. I speak for my husband
Bob(Ken's brother), our children Cathy & Dave Mumaw, Bob W. Renspie, Connie & Gordon McCance, Dan & Melissa Renspie. The father of Mary Pat, Debra, and Julie will always be a part of our family's memories as well as dear Mary Ann. I personally recall the wonderful conversation I had with Bob last year in Tampa (we were in for celebration of Jen and Kim's graduations) on the back patio by the pool. Mary Pat had gone inside to get me another cup of coffee and Bob and I shared thoughts of family and the love of family. God Bless him, Mary Ann and the entire family. Know that the Lord's peace is with them.

You life touched so many people and especially mine. I will always remember our times at Kelly's Pub or our trips with Maguire University or tailgating at Soldier's Field. Thank you for your hugs, your laughter and your love. I will miss you.
