Dear Dad,
You went home one year ago today. There are no words that can express our feelings of losing you. Such a beautiful, loving, warm, funny man! You are so, so, missed by all of us. All of our family gatherings this year have been bittersweet without you here. With broken hearts that will always, always, be missing you and never be the same. Dear Dad,
I cannot believe a week has passed that I have not heard your voice. I so miss our nightly talks....I hear your voice everyday and I listen. All of us, Ma, Joe, Bobby, Pam, Ronnie, Jojette, Gina, Lisa, Christina, Bobby, Chris, Dominic, and Lexi miss you so so much and are still trying to understand what went wrong. I know you are beaming to see us all together. I know you know Ronnie went to the doctor today. Thank you for pulling the strings and giving us something to celebrate. Dad, you were amazing. You were our rock. You taught us so much. Always thinking of everyone over yourself. Our lives are empty right now. I only hope and pray that with time we can move on and live our lives the way you taught us...with honesty, class, laughter, caring, giving, and most of all hope. The last month or so I would tell you how strong you were and you were
going to get through this...you always saying I hope so Pam, I hope
so. You never gave up dad. Always fighting...we will live in your honor by
being what you taught us to be and
by living your beliefs. I long for the day to talk to you.....you were a remarkable husband, father, Papa, and friend and we will miss you terribly forever. Love you dad

It saddens me to learn of Bobbie's passing. I worked for him for several years at the Metro Water Reclamation District. I have only the fondest memories of him and considered him a terrific supervisor and friend.

To the family of Bobby Laino: Although he and I worked at the Sanitary District at the same time, I really never knew him. Only through how proud his father, my friend, Joe was of him and his wife and his grandsons. Then of course of his grandson's wiives. I am very sorry for your loss and shall pray for you all. May his memory be eternal.

I remember a couple of years ago when Bobbie came to visit Chickie and he brought Duncan Donuts coffee and muffins, it was during the time of Lent. They sat at the table eating these muffins and as the crumbs fell down their shirts Bobbie said "you know I gave up sweets for Lent, but, this is my breakfast". I laugh every time I think about it.

Dear Dorothy, Joe, Ron & Bob,
I am deeply sadened by the loss of Bobby. He was such a great guy who always had a smile on his face. He was my Dads best friend and a constant in our household. I used to call him my boyfriend when I was little. I still remember our family trip to the Dells. My heart goes out to you and your family, he will truly be missed.

Dear Dorothy, Joe, Bob & Ron,
My heart and prayers go out to you and your families today at the loss of Bobby - a great first cousin and bud to my dad, Rich, with whom I'm sure he is visiting right now! I always remember Bobby with a big smile on his face - he always seemed genuinely happy to see everyone! Your cherished memories and constant reminiscing with your family will keep him alive always.
