I didn't know Robert, but after reading his obituary, my affectionate thoughts about Nancy Jennings are confirmed. I think so often of Nancy, as I looked up to her back in the early 90's (perhaps also literally, as I was a concierge sitting at a desk in the lobby of the Whitehall Hotel). There was a cloud of breezy sophistication and levity about her, even when she'd merely cross a room. A man would have to be in possession of many kinds of gifts to keep her interested. Robert Kelley clearly was that man.

As you celebrate a life well-lived, may your hearts be filled with joy and laughter, as you recall all the happy times you shared together. Psalm 90:10
