Robert High Obituary

Robert J. High, 58, of Manchester, NH, died October 30, 2005, at his home, after a sudden illness.

Born in Queens, New York, on May 24, 1947, he was the son of Robert L. and Ruth F. (Handlin) High. He resided in Manchester most of his life.

Mr. High graduated from Bishop Bradley High School, class of 1965 and attended Seton Hall.

During the Vietnam War, Mr. High with the United States Army 101st. Airborne Division.

He was a longtime member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.

Mr. High had a very special affection for animals

Family members in addition to his mother of Manchester, include his brother, Thomas E. High of Manchester, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In his life: He predeceased by his brother, Steven J. High.

Services: Calling hours are Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at the Connor-Healy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 537 Union Street, corner of Concord Street, Manchester, NH.

The funeral will be held Friday at 9:15AM from the funeral home, followed by a mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at 10 AM in Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Manchester.

Burial will take place in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Bedford, NH.
