In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Dear Bill,
I just read about your brother, Bob. I can't express how so very sorry I am for you and your family.
Fallon's poem was beautiful. What a wonderful tribute to her uncle.
My deepest sympathies to all.
Love and prayers, my dear friend.

Memories Cherished
Look up right now, the gates so bright,
For how God is waiting for you in his sight.
You packed your bags and your ready to leave,
Give us our time, for we shall now grieve.
We shall cry and cry but never depress,
It’s the memories of Elvis you use to impress.
In the basement where you sing and sing,
Oh how we laugh now when we hear the King.
We have the memories that take off like little rockets,
Just like the one where you dug in Rick’s pocket.
“Bob get the hell outa me” is what he yelled at you.
For you only wanted a lighter, yes that’s true.
Or how bout the times you came over on Halloween,
Just to keep mom calm, so she wouldn’t scream.
“Time of my life” is the song that rings the bell,
All those times you and your partner fell!
When you got back up, you’d always do karate,
It’s me, Tif and Linds that dealt with this at all the parties.
But lets not leave out the duets you did with dad,
How much fun you guys had, but honestly, you both were so bad.
Its times like these that will keep us strong,
All the moments you leave us with we’ll hold on so long.
We can’t explain these feelings, we’ll think about them everyday,
That even though you moved on, you turn around and go your new way.
We’ll never forget you, we’ll love your forever,
Don’t worry about us, cuz we got each other!
We’ll Miss You…
Love Always,
Fallon

Bob was a very respectful and courteous man. I worked with him for many years at Viking. May he have eternal rest.
