Hartman, Robert P. Retired Captain, CFD, late of South Holland formerly of New Port Richey, FL and Chicago. Beloved husband of the late Louella, devoted father of Linda (Mario) Porto and Robert D. (Priscilla) Hartman, loving grandfather of six and proud great-grandfather of eight. Visitation Wednesday, 10 a.m. until the time of the prayer service at 11:30 a.m., at the Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service), 15801 S. Cottage Grove Avenue, four blocks North of 162nd Ste. (Rte. 6), Dolton/South Holland. Very sorry to read about Captain Hartman. He knew my grandfather from Engine 46, and became the Captain of Engine 81 after my Dad died in 1961.
