Fiedler, Robert A. of Sun City Huntley, US Army M.P., beloved husband of Marie (nee Sampognaro), loving father of Robin (Peter) Ori, Rory, Robert, Regina (Roger) Castle, Richard (Sherry), Raymond (Cherie), Renee (Rich) Kaczmarski, Ronald (Wendy), Rebecca (Larry) Cariato, beloved son of the late Casimir, Martha and Ann Fiedler, fond papa of Tara (Dan), Jilian (Mike), Mallory, Pheobe, Lily, Danielle (Michael), Rebekah, Scott, Hannah, Nicholas, Marie, Elaina, Johnny, Jeremy, Rikki, AJ, Isabella, Ethan, Ashley, Tommy, Frankie, Sophie, Casey, Savannah, Lexie, Ronni, Payton, Jacob, Regan, Brooklyn, dear great papa of Ryen, Rory, Liam, Mack, Cascian, Enzo, Saphron, Myles and Kara, dear brother of the late Norbert (Geri), fond uncle of many. Funeral 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 3, 2009, Mass 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Church, 10307 Dundee Rd., Huntley, IL 60142. Cremation private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to: Livestrong Foundation, P.O. To the Fiedler Family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I know people say "you'll get through this" but they never say how long THIS will take. I can let you know you never actually ever get through IT. It is so very hard to lose a parent but it is said that someone goes first to pave the way. Only God's Healers are there for us "Time & Tears". With much love.

Marie and Family - I'm so very, very sorry to hear about Bob. What a wonderful man he was, what a wonderful, close couple you were. Just look at all of those kids and all of those grandkids and great grandkids. Wow what a happy life.

To Mrs Fiedler,
I am so sorry for your loss and that I wasn't able to give you my condolences in person. I don't ever remember seeing you two apart. He would always give me the little wave on the way back to communion. He was an amazing man and an amazing father.
To all the kids,
Where do I begin.... I'm truly sorry that you all lost such a great dad. I know how hard this will be for all of you. Again, I'm so sorry I couldn't be there to express my condolences in person. You guys will all be in my thoughts and prayers.

Our fondest memories of Mr. Fiedler are that he always had a warm smile, generous heart and open home. We knew he was a great man because of his amazing son, our friend Rory as well as all of his children and loving wife Marie . Our prayers are with all of you.
